Show Some Love to Baltimore Vendors and Shop Small
What does it mean to shop small? It means supporting the local, small businesses in your community and investing not only in the success of that business but the success of your neighbors, community, and city. Small Business Saturday falls on November 27 this year. Take this opportunity to ditch the big-name stores and buy a unique good from a local Baltimore business as a holiday gift for a friend or family member, or just as a gift to yourself!
While shopping small is important every year, it’s more crucial than ever that we support small businesses this year. The COVID-19 pandemic has hurt small businesses, and they need our help this year to make up for their losses. Additionally, with the current disruptions in the supply chain due to the pandemic, it makes sense to shop small to avoid online packages arriving after the holidays.
