Ringing in the New Year with Baltimore’s Trainers

If you’re looking for personalized, stylized, and guided workout regimens, we recommend seeking out a personal trainer. Below are details on some of Baltimore’s best trainers and instructors: Tim Rider, Kelly Berger, and Marissa Walch. —

Meet Tim Rider

Tim Rider is a fitness coach specializing in weightlifting, as well as speed and agility training. He is best known for his “bootcamp” routines on Tuesday at 8:00 a.m., Thursday at 7:00 a.m., and Saturday at 8:00 a.m. at Locust Point’s Banner Field. Kelly Berger is a retired lacrosse gold medalist and creator of Resistance Fitness. Due to COVID-19, Kelly offers virtual training sessions, as well as barre workouts on Mondays and Wednesdays.
