Topside has only been open for about a month, but in that short time this place has already generated plenty of buzz among Baltimore locals. This Mount Vernon restaurant is located on the top floor of The Hotel Revival, and offers panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The food menu is focused on New American fare, and features dishes like smoked short ribs with marrow aioli, baked oysters with bottarga and celery leaves, and miso striped bass yakitori. Yelp reviewers note that Topside is a good choice for many different social situations: it provides an upscale atmosphere that makes date nights feel special, but is also casual enough that it's popular among folks who simply want to gather for food and drinks with a few friends.
