When Aldo Filicori and Luigi Zecchini opened their coffee shop in Italy in 1919, they had no way of knowing that the local cafe would span 100 years of business, two different countries and multiple generations. But that's exactly what happened. Aldo and Luigi passed on their passion for good coffee to their descendants, and, today, their grandchildren run Filicori Zecchini in Baltimore.
Filicori Zecchini continues with the tradition of pouring fresh coffee, crafting hot tea, and dishing out sweet treats and fresh food at this sun-soaked coffee house near 1305 Dock Street.
