We’re located just down the street from Baltimore’s inner harbor. You can schedule a tour online or drop by unannounced whenever the office is open. You’ll find our team here at the following times:

Pre-leasing begins on March 9th at our pre-leasing office, located close to 1305 Dock Street in Harbor Point.

Then follow the signs continuing on to Caroline Street to reach our temporary leasing office.

1. The entrance is at the intersection of Caroline Street and Thames Street. If you’re heading south on Caroline Street, make a sharp right onto Block Street upon reaching the intersection . If you’re coming from Thames Street, Block Street is the middlemost option at the intersection.
2. Follow Block Street until you reach the Morgan Stanley parking lot entrance on the right.
3. Pull up to the gate, take a ticket, and park anywhere! The pre-leasing trailer is located at the top of the parking lot, straight ahead of the gate. It’s marked with a star on the map below. Note: Both Willis Street and the end of Dock Street are closed for construction. The entrance to the parking lot is just before Willis Street.
